This course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to provide safe, compassionate, and professional care in a home or a care facility. Two (2) high school elective credits may be awarded if a student passes the course with a minimum grade of 70%. Corequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in: VHLTH 110 Personal Caregiver/Care Aide-Skills Lab *Note: Student will also automatically be registered in VHLTH 110 Personal Caregiver/Care Aide-Skills Lab
